It’s the most wonderful  time of the year! But it can also the hardest time of year to stay on track with your health and fitness goals. Well I am here to tell you that staying keto or low carb at Christmas doesn’t have to be hard!

I am have compiled a list of ALL the keto holiday recipes for you – from breakfast to appetizers to beverages I have you covered. Even if you are not following a keto or low carb lifestyle there are some great options here for you. Enjoy!
